Goodness, this took a long time, and it's slightly annoying to know that the 10 or so hours I took over this could have been sliced in half had I a faster computer. But alas, I do not.
This (I think) is the first time I've done a '
roper' background in PSP, and although the sky doesn't look terribly natural I told myself that twinkles flying on strange wisps through the air aren't very natural either.
I'm very proud of this though.
I am also aware that this looks quite a bit like 'Feel The Wind' by ~Blue-Fish, although I assure you that the similarities are entirely coincidental.
